I started my fitness career in New York in 2006 as a spin class instructor and instantly became hooked on fitness! I then went on to become the strength and conditioning assistant coach for the women's swim team at New York University which led me into corporate wellness and currently on the Paramount and Disney studio lots. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and certified by the following group fitness organizations: AFAA, Schwinn, Mad Dogg Spinning and TRX. After moving to Los Angeles in 2014, I was able to continue my experience by creating customized programs for boutique studios and corporate groups. My outgoing yet approachable personality allows me to create strong relationships with clients so I can continue assisting them in reaching their goals. Also, my background in the fitness industry at various facilities has helped me retain the knowledge needed to properly accommodate client's personal needs. I'm aware that what I do is not about me at all and about the client. That has been my motto for success.

NESTA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Professional Dancer. I am a headliner at events such as Adidas, Fabletics, Gymshark, Six:02, PopSugar, CosmoBody, Racked LA, etc, and instruct some of the hardest and hottest new fitness classes. I like to get in touch and in tune with my clients, giving them an individualized and motivational experience that really takes your goals to the next level. You will be provided with a one of a kind, cutting-edge, custom fitness program that combines multiple fitness techniques, injury prevention, corrective exercises and even dance cardio. Because of my dance background, I utilize ballet barre elements, jazz technique, and plyometrics as well as weight training, super setting, High Intensity Interval Training, and TRX training to give you any kind of fitness style that makes you empowered and motivated to be your best self!

I believe that everyone has a fitness journey and this is mine. A few years ago, cancer took everything away from me. The many surgeries and chemotherapy damaged my body and the fight for survival took a heavy emotional toll on me. After a difficult treatment, my cancer went into remission and my top focus became recovery and regaining a high level of fitness. During that time, personal training and one-on-one martial arts coaching did what I thought to be impossible-I lost the after-cancer weight and was able to regain my strength, agility, and balance. I am now at a better level of conditioning than I was before the illness! I am a personal trainer, boxing coach and Krav Maga Instructor. Because of my fitness journey, I believe everybody can reach their goals with the right coach, no matter the circumstances. I’d like to use my 10+ years of martial arts experience to help you make your goals a reality.

I was born and raised in Kansas City, Mo. I've been in the fitness industry for over a decade. I was an accomplished athlete with phenomenal honors. My passion for health and fitness led me to pursue my career in personal training. I received my certifications through the national academy of sports medicine in 2014. I've graduated from Bryan university with a degree in exercises science. I specialized in weight loss, strength training, muscle tone, and overall fitness & health. I have worked with all walks of life from teens to baby boomers and everything in between. The only thing I expect from my clients is to give their all and to never say “I can’t”.

I was a former overweight person who weighted 300 lbs. I knew the battle that I had to face and I wanted to make a drastic change in my life. During that tough time, I had nothing but a 10x10 empty bedroom and some spare cash. I decided to make the leap of faith and bought a power rack, barbell, and olympic plates; that decision changed my life forever. My journey was five years of hardship, trail and error, and dedication. My goal now is to help change lives and influence others to overcome mental and physical barriers. If I can achieve it, I believe other can as well. I specialize in weight loss, body sculpting (bodybuilding), performance, and corrective exercise.

My body has been my outlet for as long as I can remember. I grew up as a dancer, and after many years of intense training and dedication, I received my BFA in Dance at SUNY Purchase. During college, I was introduced to fitness and yoga, and fell in love. Quickly after graduating, my passion for health and wellness grew and I decided to become a 200hr Registered Yoga Instructor, as well as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. I used to have an extremely negative mindset around my body and the food I ate. Through my studies, I was able to heal myself from the inside out. I truly believe that if we nourish our bodies through movement and consume nutrient dense foods, we can live the life of our dreams. I would love to use everything I have learned, from my dance background to my nutrition studies, to help you thrive at your highest potential!

I am originally from Boulder CO. From gymnastics, to dance, I found my way to yoga. Still a dancer, specializing in break dancing, I have put numerous hours into the transformation and understanding of how yoga can bring abundance into your life. I love anything to do with the body and have found a further understanding with my body that it isn't just what is on the outside but "whenever we lean into the discomfort of our mind, body, soul, or breathe, a release happens that makes space to experience joy!"

I specialize in yoga and weight loss and have about 5 years of yoga experience which motivates me to teach others the different levels of this practice both physically and mindfully. I was born and raised in Southern California. I started my fitness journey in 2014 living abroad in Cabo San Lucas. There I began my passion for training. I got my first training job training clients from all over the world at multiple Resorts. I moved back to SoCal in August of 2019 and began working at Equinox. I believe that giving back to others is the key to happiness and thus the real meaning of success. The idea of being part of your transformational journey is the very reason why I chose this path in life and the driving force behind my training programs. I am a certified EXOS Fitness and Performance Specialist along with my certification through ISSA. (International Sports Sciences Association).

Welcome to my Fitness Journey. For 3 years I worked very hard to lose weight; I tried every fad diet out there and did an hour of cardio every single day! Still, I was not seeing the results I wanted, (Sound familiar?) I finally decided to get a personal trainer and It was then that I was able to achieve the body and lifestyle I had always dreamed of! When I completed my training, I rewarded myself by competing in my very first NPC Bikini body-building competition! Overall, I've lost 65 lbs. Since then I've been in the fitness industry for over 3 years as a personal trainer and it is my dream to utilize my experience and passion in order to help others achieve their health and fitness goals! I specialize in weight-loss, hypertrophy, balance and stability, functional mobility, posture and more!

Beginning my fitness teaching career in 2006, I was able to use my strong background in dance, fitness, and movement to craft a passionate curriculum accessible by anyone willing to get up and move! I am a Master Trainer with the International Sports and Conditioning Association, a certified personal trainer, and a group fitness instructor all rolled up into one blonde ball of energy. I have been on the receiving end of very happy participants that have trained with me in all forms of fitness. I have certifications in boxing, kickboxing, pre/post-pregnancy, kettlebell, pilates, dance and cycling. In addition to teaching and training in the US, I became an International Presenter in 2015, teaching master classes across Europe and Japan. My passion for training and teaching is passed to my clients who come away from each session with heightened confidence, a healthy mindset and a deeper knowledge of their own strength and health.

When crafting individualized exercise programs to fit each client's specific needs and goals, I always have an eye toward longevity and injury prevention by emphasizing safe form and corrective exercise, and incorporating the techniques and exercises I've learned from my experience working as a physical therapy aide. I am a firm believer that everyone can and should exercise, and it is my goal to help everyone I work with to begin or maintain a lifelong fitness habit!

After working in the field of Graphic Design for over 15 years, I decided to make my passion for fitness a full-time endeavor. Not being satisfied with working hours on end in front of a computer, I felt that helping people to empower themselves through fitness was the right choice for me. I strive to provide my clients with a challenging, yet fun experience that yields results. I am also an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and hold the rank of Black belt.

KATHRYN L.

I’m a native of Salt Lake City, Utah. My enthusiasm and drive for physical activity led me to suffer a shoulder injury during my sophomore year of high school during a competitive softball throw. Ironically, it was this injury and the ensuing rehab techniques that healed my injury and sparked my interest in personal training techniques, rehabilitative therapy, anatomy, and the importance of proper alignment of the body during training and physical activity. I’m a certified fitness trainer for 15 years with 7 fitness certifications (N.C.E.P., N.C.C.P.T., Mad Dogg spinning, TRX suspension training). Additionally, I am a certified stretch technician and holistic nutrition and have taken and performed Iyengar yoga w/my clients for 8 years. My specific techniques emphasize core training, functional training and sports-specific training. I have trained pregnant women throughout pregnancy, have successfully rehabbed shoulder, back and knee injuries, and enjoy training men and women of all ages, as well as kids.
