Fit2fly group classes consists of customized exercises to help participants with their specific goals. Our group classes are fun, unique, challenging and will give participants a great experience. There aren't enough good things that I can say about Miles, Chang, and Julia that would properly express my experience with this amazing team. I am basically a veal, but I hired Miles via Julia as a personal trainer for my celebrity boss. My boss hates exercise for the most part, and I have never seen him so engaged and excited about a workout as he has been since he started training with Miles. Not only this, but we are ridiculous when it comes to sticking to a schedule, and my boss has stuck with this! And whenever we cannot stick to the schedule because a meeting or personal event has come up, Miles and Julia are always accommodating and understanding. Again, this is such a rare and wonderful quality. We hired a trainer, and we ended up with a set of trusted friends who care for people's minds, body & souls. If you live in the world right now, you know how hard it is to find folks like this. If you're looking for the best trainers in town and just genuinely GOOD PEOPLE (who are vaccinated and believe in science yay!), look no further.
It is times like this when you are able to see the true colors of things. Fit2fly has gone above and beyond for my training. Truly the definition of personal training. Due to COVID-19 my apartment gym and local gyms were all shut down.
Discussed with my trainer Bryan (needless to say a Rock Star trainer), and came up with a plan to continue. He brings all the training tools sanitized even though it must be heavy every time (thank you Bryan! ) and figured out a way to continue.
Also I do want to highlight the management(Miles) always there to support, always following up if all is good. Really nice and feel safe.

Fit2Fly doesn't fool around, they know exactly what they are doing. I have been training close to a year with both Miles & Chang and every single session is new. There is a challenge within each workout to master a new progressive move. You really get a tailored workout geared towards your goal based on your fitness level. I had my fair share of training - MMA, D1 Football, P90x, Yoga, and on and on however the satisfaction I obtain from Fit2Fly session is unmatched. Not many coaches in calisthenics business that can take someone from no bar experience to handstands and muscle ups. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.
